Beautiful property! Located in the region of Rivas, a nice village just 15 minutes drive from the city of San Isidro. The property has a certified organic coffee plantation and banadas, as well as other products such as vegetables, peanuts, lettuce and more.

Good access from the main road and with river frontage for XXXX meters long.

The farm is small organic farming school, where volunteers come and live to learn the techniques to produce an organic floor to grow food. They use humidity and leaves to create an almost perfect soil!

The 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath house is used as dormitory for the volunteers. Tiled floors, open rooms and natural ventilated.

There is also a small cabin for a caretaker or permanent worker, plus another 1 bedroom cabina with open kitchen, actually used by the property owner.

The swimming pool is a nice places spring fed, with a solar water heating system for the cold evenings in the rainy season, or natural from the spring for the summer days.

There is a controlled water stream that runs through the property from North to South. This is used for irrigation and goes to other farms that produce ornamental plants and yard grass.

The solar dryer was designed to control humidity and heat. They use it to dry bananas, chia and other goods. This can be taken to a larger level to generate a large income from this activity.

The west section of the land is a nice secondary forest patch, with the regular visit of birds and other wild life. Thanks to this forest, the land for agriculture retains a good humidity during the dry season.
